Our friends at Totara Street Performing Arts Center wanted to install a smoker and grill but needed a way to hold the cookers and duct the smoke. We designed and built these trolleys and range hood. The range hood is 3.5m long and does a excellent job at getting the smoke (& smell) out of the building. Make sure you head down to Totara Street when they are running, the food does not disappoint!
